Specialising in custom made-to-measure Wrestling Gear, SukiWear is a small but serious machine owned and managed by Su(e) & Ki(m) and operates from the North East of England.
I teamed up with Sue of Sujo Designs in late 2009 and we combined her prestigious skills as a Lycra Seamstress with my Vinyl Printing to start creating high-quality made-to-measure Wrestling Gear. We renamed ourselves to Su(e)Ki(m) Wear in early 2012 after renting a workshop in Wheatley Hill together but eventually decided to bring our work home with us and operate more closely together. It transformed from a Hobby to a dearly-loved second full-time job for both of us, with two of us splitting the workload and having different responsibilities alongside running our (busy!) regular lives.
I love the complexity of Custom garments - each one different and a chance to make it the best it can be made.
